JUNIOR JAVA DEVELOPER
We are looking for a junior Java developer to help build and maintain Web services, data ETL tools and HTML5 user interfaces. This developer will have the opportunity to work on Java applications using the Play framework, Node.js and non-relational databases.
Required
Experience with HTML and JavaScript
At least one year programming with Java in a professional environment
Exposure and practical use of good Java practices and patterns
Understanding of fundamental patterns such as the Java creational patterns and singletons Appreciation for good Java practices such as separation of responsibility and Unit/Functional testing
Highly Desirable
Two or three years of professional Java development
Experience developing interactive web pages using HTML5 and JavaScript
